Wave 1 of testing strategy implementation (4 parallel issues): - na-83w.1: Hook stdin contract bats tests (93 tests for 13 hooks) + converted test-hooks.sh to bats framework (63 tests) - na-83w.2: Golden-file tests for CLI commands (11 golden + 7 error snapshots) with -update-golden flag pattern, using google/go-cmp - na-83w.3: CLI<->skill regex contract tests (15 table-driven test groups covering all major regex patterns), expanded skill_contract_test.go, added context-contract-check.sh to preflight checker - na-83w.4: Assertion density audit script + fixed 6 hollow coverage test files (0/47 hollow, all ratios >= 1.5) Source: .agents/plans/2026-03-04-testing-strategy.md Council: .agents/council/2026-03-04-testing-strategy-report.md (6 judges, WARN)
