Boshu2 a6c5154c2c fix(skills): resolve vibe audit findings across skill trees

- Fix effort level inconsistency: swarm docs/chore "medium" → "low" (matches crank)
- Fix heal.sh SCRIPT_REF_MISSING: resolve scripts/ against repo root too
- Add 13 converter rewrite rules for codex parity (107 → 8 findings):
  TaskCreate/Update/List/Get/Stop → lowercase-hyphenated forms
  TeamDelete, backend-claude-teams.md, claude agents, USE THE TASK TOOL
  Post-rewrite dedup for doubled runtime phrases
- Add audit-codex-parity.py/sh for semantic drift detection
