Boden Fuller 5116b78ca7 feat(test): cherry-pick test coverage improvements from analyze-test-coverage branch ...

Cherry-pick c5456ed2 with conflict resolution (initGitRepo already refactored
to initMinimalGitRepo in main). Brings:
- Root-skip guards (os.Getuid() == 0) for containerized CI
- New vibecheck detectors + metrics tests (~350 lines)
- maturity.go empty-content bugfix
- Better error-type assertions (errors.Is)
