test(hooks): add hook output schema contract tests, orphan audit, schema validation, cobra tests
Wave 1 of testing gap closure (na-j89, PR #71 follow-up):
- tests/hooks/hook-output-schema.bats: 22 BATS tests validating hookEventName
presence and correctness for all 10 JSON-emitting hooks, plus cross-check
meta-tests that would have caught PR #71
- tests/hooks/test-orphan-hooks.sh: CI-runnable audit detecting 4 unregistered
hooks emitting JSON (advisory mode, promotable to hard gate)
- scripts/validate-manifests.sh: extended to validate skill-frontmatter,
memory-packet, and handoff schemas (3 previously unused schemas)
- cli/cmd/ao/hooks_test.go: 7 cobra execution tests for ao hooks subcommands
(init, install, show, test) using executeCommand() framework
