Boden Fuller 98d83674eb evolve: cycle 2 — improve rpi package coverage 69%->82% and fix shellcheck 
- Add MergeWorktree happy-path, path inference, and error tests
- Add EnsureAttachedBranch edge cases (empty prefix, trailing dash)
- Add CreateWorktree and GetCurrentBranch error path tests
- Add NormalizeRuntimeMode, ValidateRuntimeMode, and flag override tests
- Fix shellcheck SC2206 in claude-freeze-repro.sh (quoting)
- Fix shellcheck SC2034 in sync-skill-counts.sh (unused variable)
