Boden Fuller b86d13d0fc fix(scripts): replace jq with awk in validate-go-fast to prevent fork exhaustion 
jq spawned external processes that caused "fork: Resource temporarily
unavailable" on large go test -race -json output for cmd/ao. awk processes
JSON Lines inline without forking, eliminating the resource exhaustion.

Boden Fuller 708df417fc fix: add race test mitigations — -count=1, timeout, duration monitoring 
- validate-go-fast.sh: switch to -json output, parse per-package durations,
  warn when any package exceeds 45s threshold (configurable via
  SLOW_THRESHOLD_SECS), surface DATA RACE detections explicitly
- pre-push-gate.sh: wrap race tests in 120s timeout (timeout/gtimeout),
  treat timeout as non-blocking warning instead of push-blocking failure,
  show failure detail tail on actual test failures
- -count=1 was already present; no change needed there
