feat(cli+skills): SSE flush, defrag guard, UAT smoke tests, pre-flight, wave template (na-ff4)
- Add initial SSE `: connected` flush in rpi_serve.go for immediate client feedback
- Default bare `ao defrag` to all three modes (prune+dedup+oscillation)
- Add 7 UAT regression smoke tests encoding na-xji validation scenarios
- Add binary version pre-flight script (scripts/preflight-uat-binary.sh)
- Add cross-cutting UAT integration wave template for crank
- 10 new tests, all passing with race detection, zero regressions
