docs: remove hooks-as-live-runtime refs from footguns/context-packet/seed (ag-t1ca #small-files) ( #710 )

## What
First slice of the hooks-runtime decoupling (ag-t1ca) — the
small/surgical files. Every claim verified against the repo (`hooks/`
absent, `ao hooks` / `ao init --hooks` absent, `make sync-hooks` now
embeds skills/lib not hooks).
- **agent-footguns.md:27** — `make sync-hooks` trigger list dropped dead
`hooks/` + `lib/hook-helpers.sh`; now lists what the target actually
copies into `cli/embedded/`.
- **context-packet.md:498** — `hooks/session-start.sh` → `ao session
bootstrap` (hookless).
- **seed-definition.md** — seed element #3 "Hook readiness" → "Lifecycle
stages (hookless)" (matched the doc's own §3); dropped non-existent `ao
init --hooks` flag; reframed two "hooks enforce/fire automatically"
lines to CI-gates + explicit lifecycle rules.
## Verify-first SAVES (left unchanged — consistent with executable
truth)
- **agents-operator-guide.md** — `check-agents-write-surfaces.sh` still
lists `hooks/` in its scan scope, so the doc matches the script (the
vestigial scan is a code-cleanup item, not doc drift).
- **SCHEMAS.md** — `hooks-manifest.v1.schema.json` already correctly
labeled "legacy / 3.0 hookless".
## Remaining in ag-t1ca (re-scoped, NOT in this PR)
The 6 large files need a dedicated careful pass: ARCHITECTURE.md,
agentops-system-map.md, context-lifecycle.md, leverage-points.md,
troubleshooting.md, INCIDENT-RUNBOOK.md.

docs(3.0): sweep remaining daemon/schedule/hook prose + MIGRATION-3.0 (ag-qbw) ( #520 )

## What
Wave 2 of the AgentOps 3.0 honest-docs sweep (post-#518 audit, bead
ag-qbw). Makes the `docs/` prose match the shipped code: the daemon,
scheduler, factory, and all hooks were **DELETED** (not deprecated).
AgentOps is the in-session loop + context compiler; out-of-session
orchestration is delegated to a substrate (Gas City reference City /
Olympus). Mirrors the already-correct `docs/3.0.md`.
This makes `docs/3.0.md:150` ("the standalone
daemon/scheduler/overnight-runner surfaces are gone from ... live doc
prose") true for the enumerated wave-2 surfaces.

is **red on main for pre-existing reasons outside this scope** —
`docs/_hooks/gen_cli_reference.py` FATALs on missing `cli/docs/HOOKS.md`
(hooks removed #511 , generator not updated; release-mechanics domain)
and `docs/3.0.md:172` links `../PRODUCT.md`/`../GOALS.md` (root files
outside the docs tree). Both confirmed present on `origin/main`; filed
for wave 3.
## Scope notes
- Did **not** touch `CHANGELOG.md`, `cli/`, or version files (parallel
worker owns release mechanics).
- The audit grep still matches ~40 more out-of-scope `docs/` files
(contracts/*, code-map, comparisons, narrative pages, runbooks). Filed
as **wave 3 (ag-p7j)**.

Add DDD skill-domain contracts, hook lease inventory, replacement ports, artifact-first RPI skill boundaries, and release exact-SHA validation. Demote ao inject to a compatibility adapter and remove prompt-only default hooks.

run_capture's name-ref pattern. Adds a targeted shellcheck disable comment.

Wave 3 of context-enforcement-phase3: replace ao inject workflow
guidance with ao lookup across documentation, test fixtures, and
scripts. Remaining 32 references are legitimate (inject command
implementation, CHANGELOG history, CLI reference tables, test
fixtures for command detection).
Files updated:
- 11 core docs (context-packet, seed-definition, leverage-points, etc.)
- 7 workflow diagram docs (brief, system-map, cli-skills-map, HOOKS, etc.)
- 4 scripts (proof-run, test-flywheel, check-skill-flag-refs, etc.)
- 3 shell tests (proof-run e2e, token-budgets, no-compaction)
- 1 Go test (json_validity_test.go)
- Production code: metrics_nudge.go, metrics_flywheel.go, hooks.go

refactor: flatten CLI namespace and liquidate debt

Remove 5 namespace parent commands (know, work, quality, settings, start)
and register all 49 leaf commands directly on rootCmd. Flat namespace is
simpler for users; GroupID-based help provides visual grouping without
requiring namespace tokens.
Namespace flattening (184 files):
- Delete know.go, work.go, quality.go, settings.go, start.go
- Invert deprecatedCommands map (old namespace paths → flat paths)
- Update 127 consumer files (hooks, skills, docs, scripts, tests)
Debt liquidation (7 items from post-mortem):
- Fix 62 broken smoke test invocations
- Delete 118 LOC dead deprecatedAlias code
- Widen doctor scan to docs/, scripts/, and subdirectories
- Expand expectedCmds test to all 49 commands (floor 45)
- Add bidirectional expectedCmds sync check
- Create sweep-namespace-references.sh automation
- Fix EXPECTED_COMMANDS array to list flat commands
- Escape sed variables in sweep script
All Go tests pass (36s). All conformance checks pass.
