Additive-only adoption of patterns surfaced during review of PR #15. No
frontmatter changes, no content deletion, no voice flattening.
Each skill gains:
- A "Use when..." trigger-clause section in the body (not the frontmatter,
to respect the 120-char description cap in the Skill Authoring Standard)
- Explicit `Validate:` checkpoints on existing numbered workflows so the
agent and user can confirm each step produced the intended artifact
- An "Anti-patterns" table with concrete failure modes and fixes, scoped
to the skill's real-world pitfalls
