Brian Borghei 147a71010b docs(readme): rewrite hero around whole-company positioning

Leads with "The AI skills library for the whole company. Not just
engineers." Adds compliance-frameworks and domain badges. Collapses
the four Quick Start options into three paths: no-setup copy-paste,
Claude Code native plugin, and link to per-platform install docs.

Also:
- Adds Claude.ai paid Custom Skills zip-upload flow to docs/INSTALLATION.md
- Adds Try-in-Chat / Add-to-My-AI beginner section to docs/INSTALLATION.md
- Updates stale stats: 97 skills -> 245, 13 domains -> 14, 178 tools -> 653
- Fixes broken INSTALLATION.md link (points to docs/INSTALLATION.md)
