marketplace.json still pointed at plan/bmad-create-epics-and-stories, a path this branch deletes, and listed neither bmad-ticket nor the shim. Repoint it, move the PM menu's CE trigger onto bmad-ticket so the entry point stops landing on a deprecation notice, and update the reference docs and both workflow diagrams. Wire the skill's three Python suites into a new test:ticket script, in `test`, `quality`, and CI — test_dual_home_sync.py only enforces the canonical/bundled invariant if something runs it.
