Reorganize repo to house both tutor-setup (vault generator) and tutor (interactive quiz) skills under skills/ directory. Rewrite install/uninstall scripts to handle both skills with per-skill overwrite prompts. Replace README with unified English documentation covering the full learning cycle. - git mv skill/ → skills/tutor-setup/ (preserves history) - Add skills/tutor/ with SKILL.md and references/quiz-rules.md - Rewrite install.sh and uninstall.sh to loop over both skills - Rewrite README.md with workflow diagrams, phase tables, and usage guide
