* Add animated diagrams to schema and webhooks pages

- Schema page: sequence diagram showing annotation lifecycle
  (create → get_pending → acknowledge → resolve)
- Webhooks page: sequence diagram showing webhook flow
  (annotation events → webhook server → external services)

Both use Framer Motion for entrance animations and CSS keyframes
for looping pulse effects, matching the MCP diagram style.

Creates public/schema/annotation.v1.json so the URL referenced
on the schema page actually resolves when deployed.
