knowledge in the claude code plugin

with the belt-sh/skills plugin installed, knowledge is automatically:

• searched on every prompt (via the suggest hook)
• captured from sessions (via the stop hook with haiku evaluation)
• deduplicated before saving (via the knowledge-curator agent)
