Gal Elmalah 33dd5827e4 docs: Reflect add-skill CLI rename to skills (#39) 
The `add-skill` CLI tool has been renamed to `skills`.
Updated all references and command examples in `README.md` and
`CONTRIBUTING.md` to use the new `skills` command.

Specifically:
* `npx add-skill` commands are now `npx skills add`

Gal Elmalah 931e594565 feat(repo): Add initial project structure and documentation 
This commit introduces the foundational files for the Base44 SDK Skills
repository. It includes:
- README.md: Project overview, installation, and skill categories.
- CONTRIBUTING.md: Guidelines for creating and submitting new skills.
- LICENSE: MIT license for the project.
- skills/_template: A template for new skill development.
