* fixes

* feat: add .gitignore and scripts for downloading Anthropic skills cache

- Introduced a .gitignore file to exclude cache and environment files.
- Added `update-skills-cache.md` for instructions on refreshing the local skills cache.
- Implemented `download_anthropics_skills.py` script to download and filter the Anthropic skills repository, creating a local cache for skill review references.
