Michael Ramos 3fdb35d80d fix: honor CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR in install scripts (#137) ...

Install scripts now check for the CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR environment
variable when determining where to place the slash command file.
Falls back to the default ~/.claude/ when unset.

Closes #136
