Bharath Natarajan 4671b67498 feat: package Auth0 skill for Antigravity and Gemini CLI ...

Add plugins/auth0/.antigravity-plugin/plugin.json (name + description only,
per Antigravity's additionalProperties:false schema) and a root-level
gemini-extension.json, following the same dot-folder-per-client pattern used
for Cursor and Codex. Verified installs locally: agy plugin install and
skillsaw --strict both pass.

Gemini's extensions install expects the manifest at the target repo root, so
it can't install from this repo's GitHub URL directly; documented the local
clone + path install instead.
