Agent ae555c9507 fix: remove duplicate sentence and update EIP-7702 wallet support status ...

- Duplicate "not one and done" sentence removed from intro paragraph
  (still present in the numbered how-it-works list where it belongs)
- MetaMask "adding support" → "shipped full support" (live on mainnet
  since Pectra; MetaMask announced full EIP-7702 support)
