- Added 'Last verified' date stamp with gas price and ETH price to gas/SKILL.md
- Added fallback instruction: if >30 days old, check with cast
- GitHub Action runs weekly (Monday noon UTC) + manual trigger
- Checks eth_gasPrice via llamarpc, ETH price via CoinGecko
- Auto-commits freshness stamp update if changed
