cexbrayat 565c022a87 build: disable assistant_to_the_branch_manager on forks

jnizet 0e13ae5dfc fix(docs-infra): avoid double slash in sitemap urls 
Previously, the URLs in the  generated sitemap contained double slashes between the host and the path. It's not the case anymore.
