refactor(core): Update tests for zoneless by default ( #63668 )

This updates tests and examples only to prepare for zoneless by default.
These changes were identified and made as part of #63382 . Anything that
failed gets `provideZoneChangeDetection` unless the fixes were easily
and quickly determined.
It also adds the zoneless provider to the `initTestEnvironment` calls
for tests in this repo to prevent regressions before #63382 is merged.

BREAKING CHANGE: (test only) - `TestBed` now provides a fake `PlatformLocation`
implementation that supports the Navigation API. This may break some
tests, though we have not observed any failures internally. You can revert to the
old default for `TestBed` by providing the `MockPlatformLocation` from
`@angular/common/testing` in your providers:
`{provide: PlatformLocation, useClass: MockPlatformLocation}`

This commit drops the `X-Request-URL` header. It was a non-standard HTTP response header, deprecated long ago and never part of any official specification. Modern browsers now expose the final URL via the `XMLHttpRequest.responseURL` property, as defined in the WHATWG spec.

The fetch backend now propagates the plain body when parsing the body fails.
This replicates the behavior of the XHR backend introduced in #19773 .
The current state completely obfuscates errors of the "wrong" response type.
However, it's not uncommon for successful requests to return one type and
errors to return another type. Propagating the plain error allows downstream
error consumers to reason about the error body and decide how to parse it
depending on application needs.

In this commit, the conditional branching around `ɵloadImpl` is removed from client-side code, as `ɵloadImpl` is never defined in client bundles. This makes the logic simpler and improves tree-shaking, allowing the `from()` import to be dropped from the common bundle in browser builds.
