In v14, we've introduced core concepts to allow Components, Directives and Pipes to configure their dependencies
without the need to use NgModules and without the need to be declared in an NgModule. The concepts and initial
set of APIs were marked as "developer preview" to allow developers to use these APIs and share the feedback.
Since v14, we've been reviewing the entire API surface of the framework and either updating existing APIs to support standalone or creating new APIs that allowed to use Router, HttpClient and other abstractions without NgMod
ules.
Based on the mentioned work to review and stabilize APIs and also based on the positive feedback from the commun
ity, we are happy to announce that the Standalone APIs are promoted to stable!
This commit updates vast majority of standalone-related APIs to drop the `@developerPreview` label, which effect
ively documents then as stable.
Two APIs that retained the `@developerPreview` annotations are:
- withRequestsMadeViaParent (from `@angular/common/http`)
- renderApplication (from `@angular/platform-server`)
We plan to collect some additional feedback for the mentioned APIs and drop the `@developerPreview` annotation b
efore the next major release.

now handled separately as a little clean-up.

Ivy is the only supported rendering engine in v13, so there is no need to document the concept. Everything in Angular is Ivy. This starts the removal process by deleting Ivy-specific guides and references to them. It also updates the glossary to be more clear that Ivy is the current rendering engine while View Engine is simply a historical note.
This does not attempt to fully remove all references to "Ivy" or "View Engine", that will likely be a more involved clean up process.

When you click on `Understanding Angular > Components > Sharing data between
child and parent directives and components` in navigation sidebar, another
item gets selected: `Understanding Angular > Templates > Inputs and Outputs`
Both of them are linked to the same guide but the view cannot handle
situations when several entries point to the same guide.
This commit fixes that by removing the second entry.

In #39176 Alan noted that schematics is currently misplaced and should really be under the Angular Tools menu item.
In that issue, Alan also noted the "Angular Compiler" and "Angular CLI" are not refereced from here.
Since the issue was created "Angular Compiler" has already been moved under "Angular Tools".
Angular CLI is documented throughout the docs, and the "CLI Command Reference" under References is really just a reference
so it seems correctly located.

Content projection is an important part of Angular. However, it has
never been documented in the Angular documentation set. This topic
attempts to provide the basics of content projection for developers. It
is not a comprehensive guide; rather, it is a starting point that we
can hopefully expand upon in the future.
