Adds a new diagnostic that ensures that a standalone component using custom structural directives in a template has the necessary imports for those directives.

Add createSignalTuple function to match Wiz array destructuring signal return. This will be the implementation for createSignal once createSignal usages in google3 are migrated to createSignalTuple.

This change renames the afterRender to afterEveryRender and marks the
renamed API as stable.
BREAKING CHANGE: afterRender was renamed to afterEveryRender.
PR Close#60999
This commit introduces the `TestBed.tick()` method that,
similarly to the `ApplicationRef.tick()`, synchronizes state
with the DOM. It can be used in unit tests to mimic framework's
logic executed in production applications. The `TestBed.tick()`
should be used instead of the removed `TestBed.flushEffects()`.
BREAKING CHANGE: the `TestBed.flushEffects()` was removed - use
the `TestBed.tick()` instead.

This commit adds support for the Fetch API's keepalive option when using HttpClient with the withFetch provider.
The change includes:
- Added keepalive to HttpRequestInit interface
- Modified FetchBackend to pass the option
- Added some unit test

This commit makes several changes changes to the
`provideExperimentalCheckNoChangesForDebug` API:
* Rename it
* Promote to dev preview
* Apply the exhaustive behavior to _all_ checkNoChanges runs
* Remove `useNgZoneOnStable` option. This wasn't found to be generally
more useful than `interval`
fixes#45612
BREAKING CHANGE: `provideExperimentalCheckNoChangesForDebug` has several
breaking changes:
* It is renamed to `provideCheckNoChangesConfig`
* The behavior applies to _all_ checkNoChanges runs
* The `useNgZoneOnStable` option is removed. This wasn't found to be generally
more useful than `interval`

BREAKING CHANGE:
This commit deprecates `ng-reflect-*` attributes and updates the runtime to stop producing them by default. Please refactor application and test code to avoid relying on `ng-reflect-*` attributes.
To enable a more seamless upgrade to v20, we've added the `provideNgReflectAttributes()` function (can be imported from the `@angular/core` package), which enables the mode in which Angular would be producing those attribites (in dev mode only). You can add the `provideNgReflectAttributes()` function to the list of providers within the bootstrap call.

As decided in the Resource RFC, this commit renames `loader` in `rxResource`
to `stream`. Some logic is left in to support gradual rollout of this change
in g3.
PR Close#60919
As decided in the resource RFC, this commit renames the `request` option of
a resource to `params`, including the subsequent argument passed to the
loader. It also corrects the type in the process to properly allow narrowing
of the `undefined` value.
Fixes#58871
PR Close#60919
An outcome of the Resource RFC was that we should use string constants for
communicating the resource status instead of an enum. This commit converts
`ResourceStatus` accordingly.
PR Close#60919
This commit removes the `Compiler` injectee from the `RouterPreloader` constructor. It's unused but was still being referenced in the factory definition: `static ɵfac = ɵɵngDeclareFactory(...)`.
PR Close#60945
Adds support for asynchronous redirects in the router, allowing redirect logic to be resolved dynamically (e.g., via API or async function). This enhances routing flexibility and supports more complex navigation scenarios.
BREAKING CHANGE: The `RedirectFn` can now return `Observable` or
`Promise`. Any code that directly calls functions returning this type
may need to be adjusted to account for this.
PR Close#60863
This commit moves zoneless from experimental to developer preview.
* Update tag on provider API
* Remove "experimental" from provider name
* Move documentation from "experimental features" to "Best practives ->
Performance" (at least temporarily until there is a better place)
BREAKING CHANGE: `provideExperimentalZonelessChangeDetection` is
renamed to `provideZonelessChangeDetection` as it is now "Developer
Preview" rather than "Experimental".
PR Close#60748
Instead of stabilizing the TestBed.flushEffects() API we intend to
replace it with the tick() method (equivalent of ApplicationRef.tick().
The reasoning here is that we prefer tests running the entire
synchronization process (as in production apps) instead of invoking
parts of the synchronization process in a way that would naver happen
in a running application.
PR Close#60959
Only require a readonly array as input for router commands instead of a writable array. Router itself does not need writable access to the array of commands. If router requires a writable array somebody on the outside would have to spread a readonly array to a new writable array. We can avoid this by just require what route actually needs.
Fixes#60269
BREAKING CHANGE: Several methods in the public API of the Router which
required writable arrays have now been updated to accept readonly
arrays when no mutations are done.
PR Close#60345
This commit adds a provider that installs listeners on the browser
window to forward unhandled promise rejections and uncaught errors to
the `ErrorHandler`. This is useful for both ZoneJS and Zoneless
applications. For apps using ZoneJS, errors can reach the window when
they happen outside the Angular Zone. For Zoneless apps, any errors not
explicitly caught by the framework can reach the window. Without this
provider, these errors would otherwise not be reported to
`ErrorHandler`.
We will/should consider adding this provider to apps by default in the
cli. In addition, it should be mentioned in the (to be created)
documentation page on error handling in Angular.

PR Close#60736
With the changes in #59573, `resource` can now define a `stream` rather than a `loader`.
In the same PR, `rxResource` was updated to leverage this new functionality to handle multiple responses from the underlying observable,
rather than just the first one as it was previously.
This commit renames the `loader` option of `rxResource` into `stream` to be better aligned with its new behavior.
The previous version is temporarily kept and marked as deprecated to help migrating the current usage.
Before
```
usersResource = rxResource({
request: () => ...,
loader: ({ request }) => ...
});
```
After
```
usersResource = rxResource({
request: () => ...,
stream: ({ request }) => ...
});
```

This PR marks `PendingTasks` as stable, though the `run` function
remains in dev preview. There are still questions around its return
value, error handling, and whether it will be replaced by a different
`task` API that would better track context through the
injector/injection context.
PR Close#60716
In this commit, we unsubscribe the `hasPendingTasks` subject to remove all active observers and enable granular garbage collection, as users may forget to unsubscribe manually when subscribing to `isStable`.

PR Close#58663
This commit adds the ability to directly abort a navigation through the
`Router.getCurrentNavigation()?.abort()` method. While there are no
feature requests for this, it is a feature that will be necessary for
integration with the navigation API. The API enables better tracking of
an ongoing navigation for SPAs and a site visitor can cancel a
navigation by clicking the stop button in the browser. While this could
technically be done on the transition with an internal jsdoc comment to
hide it from application developers, there's no need.
With this feature, I believe it would be possible to create somewhat of a shim
to integrate with the navigation API even before the router has full support
using the router events to control a deferred navigation that never
commits the URL and always aborts itself on navigation end.
PR Close#60380
In this commit, we reduce the number of imported RxJS symbols since they are redundant.
- We replace `merge` with a manual observable because `merge` internally pulls in `from()`.
- We remove `defer` and `throwError`, replacing them with `new Observable(s => s.error(..))`.
- We replace `toPromise()` with `new Promise`, as `toPromise()` is deprecated.
- We convert `readyToRegister` to a promise to avoid using RxJS operators like `delay`.
PR Close#60657
The non reactive usage ``httpResource(\`http://test/${myId()}\`` gave the false impression that it was reactive when the signal was invoked. We prevent any possibility of oversight by removing the non reactive signature.

This commit adds a flag `forceSyncFirstEmit` which opts in to the pending
new behavior for `toObservable`, which emits the first value synchronously.
This flag is only really meant for use during a short migration period
while we update g3, and is not meant for prolonged usage. As a result, it's
marked deprecated.
