Paul Gschwendtner 09280257a2 build: clean up references to old master branch (#45890) 
Cleans up all references to the `master` branch we renamed to
`main` across Angular.

sijmenhuizenga 14389755e6 docs: import in-memory-web-api readme (#40203) 
In #37182 the in-memory-web-api module was moved into this repo.
Copy the reamde into this repo with the following changes:
 * Removed Travis badges
 * Updated github links to point to Angular repo
 * Removed 'running tests' as it is no longer relevant

Fixes #40190
