- scripts/skills.py: validate (structure, denylist zero-hits, matrix drift byte-compare, MCP tool refs vs contract, alias verification) / sync (backend-contract.json from an agentmail-mcp checkout) / build (aliases + skills.sh.json + plugin export with agents/openai.yaml; --check gates CI) / publish-index (post-tag archives + .well-known index, deterministic tar.gz) - skills.json: authored inventory, alias targets+stubs, plugin export map, pinned package versions, backend contract location - backend-contract.json: 26 tools @ agentmail-mcp 3cba0f95 - Aliases now generated by build (were hand-placed); compat stubs restore the five pre-consolidation reference paths for raw-URL pinners - tests/ + CI workflow ported from agentmail-plugins (SDK signature checks, Svix webhook fixtures, TS strict compile, CLI verb checks) — main was publishing unchecked since #11 merged; this re-gates it - Weekly-equivalent backend drift check runs as a non-blocking warning on push Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
