- Rewrite agentmail, agentmail-cli, agentmail-mcp, agentmail-toolkit from
  verified baselines; merge email-for-ai-agents into agent-email-patterns
- Promote send/check/manage action skills with embedded authorization-matrix
  rows (byte-matched to the canonical matrix in threat-model.md)
- Fix all named defects: Svix-only webhook verification, no credential-bearing
  URLs, real CLI verbs, scoped feedback_enabled, no pricing/rankings/model pins
- agentmail-sdk and email-for-ai-agents become self-contained deprecated
  aliases so existing installs and pinned raw URLs keep resolving
- README: this repo is now the canonical authoring source, not a mirror
