Sanjith Sambath 2232253409 Port attachment signed-URL semantics from #4; restore pods basics 
get_attachment/getAttachment returns an AttachmentResponse (CloudFront-signed
download_url expiring ~1h, pointing at cdn.agentmail.to), not file bytes —
fetch immediately, never persist the URL. Ported from PR #4 with credit to
@unitypeaceproject. Added as an API gotcha + full sections in both language
references, including the sandbox egress-allowlist note.

Pods basics (create, flat-kwargs pods.inboxes.create, pod-scoped listing)
restored to both references — topologies.md ships a pods-based multi-tenant
pattern, so the SDK skill must teach the calls it references.

Aliases regenerated by build; validate green.
