Paolo Mottadelli 0d97a20ae1 chore(stardust): remove real site names from the plugin (0.19.2) ...

Replace every reference to a real customer, test or donor site — in skill
text, reference docs, script comments, the deploy IMPROVEMENTS log, the
notes folder and the changelog — with a generic sector descriptor. Numbers,
dates, finding IDs and technical content are unchanged; scripts changed in
comment lines only (node --check / bash -n clean).

Kept: vendor/platform names, Adobe's own properties, fictional sample
brands, design-vocabulary brand references, and the eval suite's live crawl
target. notes/improvement-plan-2026-08-rwe-centene.md renamed to
notes/improvement-plan-2026-08-replica-deploy.md.
