Add Workfront-focused App Builder skills, consolidated behind one umbrella
(skills/appbuilder-workfront/)
- Add parent umbrella SKILL.md (router) with shared
references/{troubleshooting,commands}.md; declare the nested Workfront
sub-skills explicitly in the plugin `skills` manifest (Claude + Cursor) so
they're discovered.
- Merge workfront-runtime into workfront-actions (adds Workfront Public API
v21); merge appbuilder-cli-setup into appbuilder-project-init; remove
app-builder-publish and app-builder-cli. Normalize naming to
appbuilder-* / workfront-*.
- Keep workfront-ui-extension and workfront-actions distinct from the generic
appbuilder-ui-scaffolder / appbuilder-action-scaffolder, cross-linked; add
evals/ and example assets across the Workfront skills.
- Require the Workfront MCP for all Planning (Maestro) API work; add the
end-to-end USAGE.md practitioner guide.
- Document the deployed-app Experience Cloud shell URL and how to assemble it
after `aio app deploy`; add a Workfront action time-budget note (60s web
action cap), deferring the full limits table to appbuilder-action-scaffolder.
