* feat(aem-workflow): improve 6.5 LTS workflow-triaging skill
Verify the 6.5 LTS workflow-triaging skill against the running instance and
align it with the merged cloud-service twin and the sibling workflow-debugging skill:
- Fix References: the old section pointed to files that do not exist in the
repo; repoint to workflow-debugging/SKILL.md, workflow-debugging/reference.md,
the 65-lts guardrails reference, and the intent router.
- Add a Safety & security guardrails section; split Step 4 JMX into read-only
diagnostics vs destructive operations, with dry-run-first and change-control
guidance, least-privilege console access, and log/PII handling rules.
- Add the WorkItem vs TaskManager callout (/var/workflow/instances vs
/var/taskmanagement/tasks) to prevent diagnosing the wrong backend.
- Add the workflow_auto_advance_failure symptom and the RejectedExecutionException,
transient-retries-exhausted, and already-finished log patterns.
- Add Audience and Dependencies sections and an AEMaaCS cross-variant guard.
JMX MBean/operations, storage paths, and console paths verified on AEM 6.5 LTS.
* fix(aem-workflow): genericize Splunk index and clarify JMX MBean lookup in 6.5 LTS triaging
- Replace the fabricated 'index=aem sourcetype=aem:error' examples with an
explicit index=<your_aem_index> placeholder and note that index/sourcetype/field
names are environment-specific with no fixed value; avoids shipping a
hardcoded or internal index name in customer-facing content.
- Add a Step 4 pointer to the exact Maintenance MBean URL, noting the operations
render below the attribute block and are distinct from the workflow.core.*
listener MBeans that also match a 'workflow' filter.
Operations (countStaleWorkflows/countRunningWorkflows/returnFailedWorkflowCount and
the rest) reconfirmed OOTB on AEM 6.5.1.LTS via the live Maintenance MBean.
* fix(aem-workflow): make 6.5 LTS triaging JMX note agent-actionable
The MBean-lookup note gave human-UI guidance ('scroll past the attribute
block'), which the skill's actual consumer -- an LLM agent with no screen or
mouse -- cannot act on. Reframe it as actor-agnostic facts: match the exact
type=Maintenance object name (not a 'workflow' substring, which also matches
the workflow.core.* listener MBeans), and treat the table entries as invokable
operations with an optional model parameter rather than readable attributes.
