Arjun Gupta	f522a67a4c	Add Cursor plugin marketplace and CODEOWNERS ... Create .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json for an "adobe-skills" marketplace (version 1.0.0) that includes an "app-builder" plugin entry. Also update .github/CODEOWNERS to add ownership for /.cursor-plugin/ to @shsteimer and @trieloff so plugin config changes are properly reviewed.	2026-05-20 16:25:48 +05:30
