Codex 1daea03324 [root]chore: remove committed binary and ignore platform bin dirs ...

Remove the accidentally committed darwin-arm64 binary (4 MB) from git
and add bin/.gitignore to all six platform packages so native binaries
(placed there by postinstall / CI cross-compile) are never tracked again.
