[docs]chore: remove deprecated actionbook app documentation The `actionbook app` (Electron desktop automation) feature was removed during the CLI rewrite from TypeScript to Rust (v1.0.0+). The MDX documentation was never cleaned up, causing users to encounter "unknown command" errors when following the docs. Removed: - docs/guides/app-use.mdx (entire file) - actionbook app section from docs/api-reference/cli.mdx - Navigation entry from docs/docs.json
