mcfn.feng 3e7b3ba33a [packages/cli-v2]fix: change --wait-until default from load to domcontentloaded

load waits for ALL resources (including third-party scripts like Adobe
Analytics, Google Maps SDK, etc.) which causes timeouts on heavy pages
like Costco Travel. domcontentloaded returns when the DOM is ready and
interactive — sufficient for snapshot + click workflows.

Verified: Costco Travel Regent page loads in 1.6s with domcontentloaded
vs 60s+ timeout with load.
