mcfn ff9b82c23a [packages/cli]feat: finalize browser send command with spec-compliant interface ...

Update Cmd struct field names (header instead of headers), change
parse_header to return HashMap<String, String> for JSON multi-key
support, use serde_json::to_string for safe JS string embedding in
fetch expression, update IIFE to match spec pattern, add all required
tests (parse_header, method inference, build_fetch_js, CLI parser),
and add search/manual to top-level help text.
