Asen's Agent a710f81ee1 docs: fix install path to ~/Actionbook/extension/, add Chrome Web Store recommendation, update READMEs

- Fix extension install path from ~/.actionbook/extension/ to ~/Actionbook/extension/
- Add Chrome Web Store (v0.3.0) as recommended install, mark CLI install as fallback
- Clarify fallback install requires manual Chrome load
- Add Extension & Daemon section to main README
- Update extension README: --session/--tab flags, bridge=daemon note
