- build.rs now uses `git rev-parse --git-dir` to find the actual .git/HEAD
path, fixing stale BUILD_VERSION in monorepo layouts
- Add check_version on the delayed connect path (auto-start loop) so
connecting to an outdated daemon after transient failure also triggers
VERSION_MISMATCH

Add build-time version stamping (CARGO_VERSION-git_hash) via build.rs.
Daemon writes BUILD_VERSION to ready file on startup. CLI checks version
on connect and returns VERSION_MISMATCH error with hint if mismatched.
