- Restructure skills into category folders (akka/, aspire/, csharp/, testing/, meta/)
- Convert skills from flat .md files to folder/SKILL.md format
- Add .claude-plugin/marketplace.json for marketplace catalog
- Add .claude-plugin/plugin.json for plugin metadata and skill/agent registry
- Add GitHub Actions workflow for validation and tag-based releases
- Add validation script (scripts/validate-marketplace.sh)
- Add marketplace-publishing skill documenting the workflow
- Update CLAUDE.md with new structure documentation

Users can now install the complete plugin with:
  /plugin marketplace add Aaronontheweb/dotnet-skills
  /plugin install dotnet-skills
